What is issosmartTM?
issosmartTM is an online tool to enable you to build your own tailored ISO compliant management system. The standards compliance software enables you to build your own system in around 30 minutes. The system has been developed by vastly experienced ISO 9001 consulting services professionals contains all the documentation required to comply with the relevant ISO standard(s) and includes a user guide, manual, procedures, registers and forms. The system comes with three options:
Self install – you populate the required information
Assisted install – includes gap analysis, action plan assistance with internal audits and management review
Full install – complete support through the process with guaranteed certification.

issosmartTM Green Deal
issosmartTM Green Deal has been developed specifically for the renewable and energy efficiency industries. The system created by professional ISO consultants,
is based around the requirements of Green Deal, PAS2030 and ISO9001.
The system provides prospective Green Deal Installers and Green Deal Advisers with an easy to generate, straightforward solution. The system can be further supported by RKMS our consultancy division providing on-site support and guidance through the process to Green Deal Installers or Green Deal Advisers.
The basic package of £995+VAT includes all the documentation including manual, procedures, registers and forms along with a day on-site support from one of our consultants (additional travel and accommodation expenses may be chargeable) . We believe this is the most cost effective solution on the market as many other providers charging a far higher amount simply generate generic documents and send them to you in the post.

issosmartTM Healthcare
issosmartTM Healthcare has been developed to bridge a gap in the market. Including all the documentation, policies, procedures, registers, plans and forms to ensure compliance with CQC requirements, Investors in People, ISO 9001 Quality Management, Health & Safety and Food Safety within the care sector, the system has been developed by a team of qualified professionals including nurses as well as consultants specialising in ISO and IIP certifications.
Many local authorities pay a premium to care providers per service user based on the care provider achieving certifications such as Investors in People and/or ISO9001. These premiums can range from £6 per resident per week to as much as £50 per resident per week depending on the Local Authority.
The basic package is priced at £3995 (inlc VAT) and provides a complete documented system with 2 days on-site support to assist in the implementation of the system. (Additional travel and accommodation expenses may be chargeable).
Benefits – the system provides all the evidence of compliance for the above standards and provides the external bodies and officers such as CQC, ISO, IIP, EHOS and H&S professionals with a clear audit trail and documentation demonstrating compliance with the requirements and legislation, as well as:

Additional support and training is available through RKMS our consultancy division covering a range of services and products including external audit of your systems prior to compliance assessment visits by the regulatory bodies. This service provides the user of issosmartTM Healthcare with the added reassurance that compliance has been evaluated by professionally qualified support staff who will provide you with a report relating to your compliance status along with an action plan to help bring you back on track if any weaknesses are identified.

issosmartTM Fire
issosmartTM fire has been specifically developed for the fire support industry. It covers servicing and maintenance of fire extinguisher equipment, alarm systems, emergency lighting and has been develop to comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and BAFE requirements.
The team at RKMS have developed the system through knowledge of the industry both in implementing systems within the industry but also assessing them on behalf of UKAS and BAFE approved Certification Bodies.
How does it work?
The issosmartTM Fire system uses blank templates that the client populates by answering a series of questions about their business. The system is smart and automatically populates the templates with your own company logo and tailors the mandatory manual, procedures, registers and forms. The whole process can be completed online in around 30 minutes.
How much does it cost?
The issosmartTM Fire system costs £1495. This includes the tailored document pack and 1 days consultancy which can be used at a convenient time once you have completed and downloaded the document pack. This is to ready you for certification.
What if I need help completing the process?
Once you have completed all the questions and paid for your system you can purchase consultancy days at discounted rates to help get you ready for certification. Please contact us to arrange these extra days.
