What is ISSOSmart?

ISSOSmart is an online tool to enable you to build your own tailored ISO compliant management system. The system enables you to build your own system in around 30 minutes. The system will contain all the documentation required to comply with the relevant ISO standard(s) and includes a user guide, manual, procedures, registers and forms.
The system comes with three options:

Self install  – you populates all information

Assisted install  – includes gap analysis, action plan assistance with internal audits and management review

ISSOSmart fire has been specifically developed for the fire support industry. It covers servicing and maintenance of fire extinguisher equipment, alarm systems, emergency lighting and has been develop to comply with ISO9001, ISO14001 and BAFE requirements.
The team at RKMS have developed the system through knowledge of the industry both in implementing systems within the industry but also assessing them on behalf of UKAS and BAFE approved Certification Bodies.

IsSOSmarthealthcareISSOSmart Healthcare

ISSOSmart healthcare has been developed to bridge a gap in the market. Inclding all the documentation, policies, procedures, registers, plans and forms to ensure compliance with CQC requirements, Investors in People, ISO9001 Quality Management, Health & Safety and Food Safety within the care sector, the system has been developed by a team of qualified professionals including nurses as well as consultants specialising in ISO and IIP certifications.

Many local authorities pay a premium to Care Providers per service user based on the Care Provider achieving certifications such as Investors in People and/or ISO9001. These premiums can range from £6 per resident per week to as much as £50 per resident per week depending on the Local Authority.
The basic package is priced at £3995 (inlc VAT) and provides a complete documented system with 2 days on-site support to assist in the implementation of the system. (Additional travel and accommodation expenses may be chargeable).

Benefits – the system provides all the evidence of compliance for the above standards and provides the external bodies and officers such as CQC, ISO, IIP, EHOS and H&S professionals with a clear audit trail and documentation demonstrating compliance with the requirements and legislation, as well as:

ISSOSmart greendeal has been developed specifically for the renewable and energy efficiency industries. The system is based around the requirements of Green Deal, PAS2030 and ISO9001
The system provides prospective Green Deal Installers and Green Deal Advisers with an easy to generate, straightforward solution. The system can be further supported by RKMS our consultancy division providing on-site support and guidance through the process to Green Deal Installers or Green Deal Advisers.
