Assessing Your Working Practices
RKMS then specify all the actions needed to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 across your organisational processes and systems working with your employees to align your operations to the standard and identify the most appropriate benchmarking techniques you should adopt.

Creating The Quality Management System
Designated members of staff get training in the use of our use of IssoSmart QMS system including provision of all training resources as well practical tutorials.
Working closely with your nominated team members, one of our consultants will formulate a timelined plan and specify implementation activities required to comply with ISO 9001. Following this, formal ISO 9001 compliant documentation is generated to produce the QMS – quality management system.
Step 5
Obtaining Certification To ISO 9001
RKMS will then perform audits on your processes and procedures and after about 4 months following implementation. This done to confirm that your organisation is working in accordance with ISO 9001. Then a further review meeting is held to identify actions that are needed to correct non-compliances.
When the new QMS is considered to be in compliance with ISO 9001, RKMS we will then arrange for an independent UKAS certified body to conduct an external assessment. Upon successful completion of this audit, an official registration certificate will be conferred.

Training Your Future Auditors
Designated members of your team will be trained in Effective Auditing and Inspection receiving HABC Level 3 certification in the process.
